The ICC World Cricket League Division Two 2019 begins tomorrow April 20, Saturday with the hosts Namibia squaring off against Papua New Guinea in the first encounter. The one-week tournament is significant for the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023 qualifications.

A total of six teams are participating in the competition and the top three sides in the points table will qualify for the Cricket World Cup Qualifier, from which the top two sides will qualify for the Cricket World Cup 2023.

While the opening fixture is scheduled between the hosts Namibia and Papua New Guinea, in the other two encounters Canada will take on Hong Kong and  Oman will face off against the USA.
